2. Orders & Contracts

All orders placed through our website, by email, or via direct communication are subject to acceptance by Minsab Enterprises. Submitting an enquiry or order does not constitute a binding contract until we have confirmed acceptance in writing (including by email).

• We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion
• Minimum order quantities may apply to certain products
• We will confirm availability and pricing before processing any order
• All orders are subject to stock availability at the time of confirmation
• Bulk pricing tiers are applied at the time of confirmed order

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices quoted are wholesale prices exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation. Once an order is confirmed in writing, the agreed price will be honoured.

• Payment is required in full before dispatch unless credit terms have been agreed in writing
• We accept bank transfer, debit card, and credit card payments
• Invoice payment may be available for established wholesale accounts — contact us to discuss
• Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all confirmed orders within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed unless a specific delivery date has been agreed in writing.

• Standard delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch
• Priority delivery: 1–3 business days (subject to availability and additional charge)
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon dispatch
• We will provide tracking details on dispatch for all orders
• Custom delivery arrangements for large pallet orders can be arranged — contact us
• We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with every order. Our returns policy is as follows:

• Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods
• Goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and in wholesale condition
• Defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items will be replaced free of charge or fully refunded
• Refunds will be issued within 3–7 business days of inspection and approval
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
• Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed
• Customised or bespoke items cannot be returned unless defective
