We don't have a strict minimum order quantity, but our wholesale pricing tiers are most competitive for orders of 10 units or more. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements and we'll find the best arrangement for you.
Standard orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours. For very large or complex bulk orders, we recommend contacting us in advance to confirm stock availability and agree on a delivery timeline. Priority delivery (1–3 business days) is available for time-sensitive orders.
Sample requests can be arranged for eligible customers. Please contact us directly with your requirements and we'll discuss sample options. This is particularly common for beauty, homeware and seasonal product lines.
We accept all major payment methods including bank transfer, debit/credit card, and other secure online payment options. Payment details are provided at checkout. For large institutional orders, invoice payment may be available — contact us to discuss.
